Easier Operation & Maintenance
End users, installers, integrators, EPCs and distributors can use our online O&M tools, including Online Smart Service (OSS), ShineDesign and ShineServer to significantly improve their service efficiency. Our OSS system enables installers, integrators and distributors to manage and maintain their solar plants remotely and intelligently for improved service efficiency and reduced O&M costs. In addition, we have built the one-stop solar farm design platform—ShineDesign as well as ShinePhone app and ShineServer to serve the needs of installers and end users.

ShineElite Training Sessions
ShineElite is a series of online and face-to-face training courses we offer to system integrators, installers, EPCs and distributors. To date, ShineElite training sessions have been held in a number of major markets and received compliments from attendees.

In addition to our training resources, we have established an extensive global service network with experienced service engineers to provide localized service support for our customers. End users, system integrators, installers, EPCs and distributors can call our customer hotlines or email our service team for any issues they experience while using our products.
